The first one was Reversing Over Liberace which I reviewed last October, I am pleased to say that I enjoyed Slightly Foxed as much if not slightly more, as it was realistic, the last one I found somewhat farcical.

I also like the title of this one very much it seems relevant to the book store setting/5(8). Slightly Foxed started out great with a healthy dose of British humour I so adore. Unfortunately, I soon realised that while certain passages were incredibly funny, some major parts didn't turn /5.

The title, "Slightly Foxed" refers to a description of a book's physical quality, commonly used in the second-hand book trade. As well as the magazine itself, Slightly Foxed has a books imprint, and between and ran a bookshop on London's Gloucester Road.
